In her words: Kylie Moord Sikhakhane

For the Fall 2010 grant cycle, the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay awarded $5,000 to All Sports Community Services. The grant was requested in collaboration with Blake High Magnet Urban Teachers Academy and Just Elementary students to provide tutoring and mentoring to the extended enrichment program at Just Elementary, with funding requested for incentives and field trips.

Kylie Moord Sikhakhane is a Reading Coach at Just Elementary. As a former participant with All Sports Community Services, and a scholarship recipient of Foundation Donors Jerry and Jane Williams' alma mater, DePauw University, Kylie continues the cycle of giving by working with her students at Just Elementary to expand their literature and cultural horizons, thereby encouraging them to reach for their dreams.
