Purpose:

All Sports Community Service Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation tax-exempt by virtue of Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended ("All Sports"), was founded and organized for the purpose of providing opportunities for student athletes to attain personal enrichment and to pursue their educational dreams of attending college and reaping the rich rewards of higher education. Your donation under this Agreement shall significantly assist such qualified student candidates in obtaining their educational goals. Your generous gift qualifies as a charitable donation for income tax purposes.
